Florin Voicu pendant (Recovered & Donated)

This is a pendant by Asheville based glass artist Florin Voicu. This pendant is one of the rare pieces of art that survived inside of our building through Hurricane Helene. As many of you know, the high water line inside our building was around 15ft. All of the art in the building went underwater and was at the mercy of the river. We lost around 85% of our pendant collection in the storm but this is one of the rare pieces we recovered. These recovered pieces are incredibly special to us and we are excited to share them with you all. Each of them were found inside of our building, they were taken home with us, cleaned, and inspected, before offering them here on our website. We hope you enjoy them! It is also worth noting that this piece was on consignment from Florin in our gallery during the storm. When it was recovered after the storm Florin offered to gift us all of the glass he had on display with us to help in our recovery process.
